SUNDAY SPLITS

Each sunday my workout split will drop so we can lift heavy sh!t together. While the movements won’t change until about every 4 weeks or so, prepare for the intensity to fire up & get ready to level. Up.

These lifts are primarily done at home but may use equipment that can only be found at the gym from time to time. If you are looking for more at home lifts, check out my summer sprint program!

BOOTY BY P (AT HOME)

Let’s build those glutes at home. This 6 week program will engage the glutes, grow your cheeks, and the best part is- can be done in gym or at home! All you need is a set of dumbbells and 20 minutes. This program includes 3 lower body days and can be paired with my daily lifts for you to get in a full body burn each week!

If you only have one set of dumbbells- no worries! Instead of going up in weight each week, try going up in reps to maximize the burn.

BOOTY BY P (IN GYM)

Let’s build those GLUTES! This 6 week program will engage the glutes, grow your cheeks, allow you to use different machines in the gym while feeling confident doing so. Each day we will incorporate new exercises to enhance the burn in the lower bod.  This program includes 3 lower body days and can be paired with my daily lifts for you to get in a full body burn each week!

You will need gym access for this program to utilize barbells and a few machines. Need to take this one home? Refer to our at home booty built program!

SUMMER SPRINT

The challenge you need for summer is HERE.  Summer Sprint offers 3 full body lifts with a core finisher for you to make your lift quick, but keep it efficient. Each week we’ll progress in our weights AND our reps. All you need for this workout split is a set of dumbbells. Traveling in between?

This is perfectly paired with my travel workouts if you have no equipment. Each week try your best to go up in weight, or if you’re on the road- go up in reps.

PAIGE MARX

My name is Paige, an online nutritionist and personal trainer. I initially started my fitness journey as a hobby while working in corporate America. However, in 2018, I began experiencing severe stomach pains and heartburn. After multiple misdiagnoses and struggles, I was finally diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 2020, which completely changed my life. Determined to find a solution, I took a break from my job, immersed myself in education, and became a certified nutritionist, focusing on a holistic approach to health.

Fast forward to 2024, and I now work full-time as an online nutritionist, helping others achieve their dream lives while living in their dream bodies. I'm fiercely against diet culture and firmly believe that a day without bagels is a crime. My loved ones and traveling have become my top priorities, and I never miss an opportunity to capture a selfie along the way. My personal mantra is all about living authentically: if it's not a resounding "yes," then it's a definite "no." And lastly, I always find joy in treating myself to an espresso martini. Cheers to living life on your terms!
